Jacob started a soccer league at the beginning of the year. He plays every Saturday and has had a lot of fun learning the game. He loves his uniform and insists on wearing it to practice every Thursday and all day after his games.
He is not the most aggressive boy. In fact, he runs his fastest only when the ball goes out of bounds, but last Saturday, he showed some promise by actually kicking the ball towards the goal. He is a great little kicker and I think he will be pretty good when he understands how the game works a little better. We are having a lot of fun with him though and enjoy watching him participate in sports.
