I will have another kid in school in less than a week. It is hard to believe, but this boy has been ready to go to kindergarten for over a year. He will probably be the biggest boy in kindergarten. He is the size of most of Jacob's friends that are in second grade. Needless, to say, Luke was excited to be graduating from preschool.
His great teacher Ms. Vanderpool. She has taught Jacob and Luke and we have been with her for four years. I am pretty sad that she isn't doing a three year old class this year so Nathan will be going to a different preschool. She is a great teacher though. My kids love her.
She had such nice things to say about Luke. He was one of the oldest in the class, so she said that he was the leader of the class. The kids looked to him!! On a funny note, she does a little scrapbook for the kids at the end of the year and she was looking through her pictures and could not find pictures of Luke where he didn't have some crazy look on his face. Kind of like the one he has in this picture. Here's to learning how to take pictures soon. It will be interesting to see what his school pictures will look like.
