About a month ago we decided that the time had finally come to get a new car. We had put a lot of money in the Acura the last two years and so we decided that we would rather put that money to a newer car. We first liked the Tahoe and then decided that it was just a little bigger than we were ready for. Then we looked at the Acadia. We test drove one, probably a year ago, and the guy at the dealership started telling us about the Buick Enclave. We were pretty sold on the Enclave after that. We looked for many months. Just didn't really want ot start making car payments. We probably looked for 6 months and then the perfect one went up for sell in California. So Todd and I rented a car, left the kids at Grandma's for the day and night and drove to get the new car. We had so much fun just sitting in the car talking. We got stuck on the I-10 for about two hours on the way up because a semi truck caught fire. That really stunk, but then we got to California and drove the car and made the purchase. It was really great not having to haggle on price. We just went in signed the paperwork, went to dinner and drove back home.
Our nice little Acura. Such a good car until about 2 years ago when the tires were replaced, then the transmission went out and the AC went out. We sold it in two days.
Our new car. I have to admit that I think she is beautiful. I love how quiet it is. It is just perfect for our little family. My boys love to sit in the back seat, and now they all can.
