Luke loses his first tooth!

After about a year of asking if he had a lose tooth, Luke finally lost one.  A few months ago, Todd was looking in his mouth and he pointed out to me that both of Luke's two adult teeth were coming in behind his baby teeth.  We told Luke to start wiggling his baby teeth and we got some results.  It's hard to tell where the whole from his tooth is because his adult teeth are already there. 

 

Here is our reenactment.  The tooth pulling actually occurred in the bathroom before bed.  Luke did great and the tooth popped right out.  How do you like Nathan's little face in this picture.  (He is now very concerned about when he will lose his first tooth).

In our family, we put the tooth in an envelope and then hide it under the bed for the tooth fairy to come and replace it with money.
On another note, Luke lost his second tooth at school last week.  It was a busy week for the tooth fairy at the Danielson house.
