Nathan's last football game was last Saturday. He really enjoyed playing football and for the next week he talked about playing football and going to practice. I don't think he realized that it was actually over. Nathan did such a good job this season. He totally knew what was going on and he knows to go after the flags. I am excited to watch him play again.
Coach Warren was so patient with these boys. It is hard going from 7/8 year olds that know how to play and have an attention span to 3/4 year olds that are just learning, but Warren did a great job! This picture is of Nathan showing his muscles.

Nate talked about his trophy for the entire day. He really wanted it to light up on the flame part. It doesn't but when we got home we grabbed one of those battery operated tea light candles and put the trophy on top of it so the flame would light up. It turned out pretty cool. This morning when I went to get Jacob's church clothes, he had turned the light on and his trophy was glowing. He still is proud of that trophy a week later, so I guess we will have to do another season.
